  3. This service will run within Islamic guidelines.

  4. Female applicants MUST have a guardian to represent them except for exceptional circumstances.

  5. It is the duty of the applicant to supply true information to Zawaj Team. The respective client is liable for the provided information.

  6. For any false or misleading information in the registration form, Zawaj reserves the right to cancel the membership at any time.

  7. The applicant must inform Zawaj of any change in details given on the registration form.

  8. The applicant can withdraw his/her application and details will be deleted at once.

  9. Our Matchmakers will work very hard to find suitable matches based on details supplied.

  10. Zawaj will do its best in the search process, however, we cannot guarantee that a suitable match will be found.

  11. Zawaj will introduce compatible applicants to each other in line with Islamic guidelines.

  12. Zawaj collects, uses and stores the personal information as per data protection act and GDPR. However, it may show and exchange members’ CV and pictures with interested parties when deemed necessary.

  14. Zawaj takes no responsibility for unsuccessful introductions nor does it take any responsibility for any issues arising from possible marriages resulting from the introductions.

  15. Zawaj is not responsible for any false information provided by clients.

  16. Zawaj will not take responsibility for any loss or damage incurred through the use of the service.

  17. These policies and procedures may be changed or revised from time to time without prior notice.

  1. By registering with Zawaj you agree for us to collect and store your personal information.

  2. The required personal information will be gathered with the registration from.

  3. Zawaj is committed to protect your privacy as much as possible.

  4. Zawaj will use the information that is collected about you for the purpose of communication and to assist you in searching for a prospective spouse according to our terms and conditions.

  5. The personal information which Zawaj holds will be held securely in accordance with the Zawaj internal security policy.

  7. If any members get married or the membership becomes inactive for any reason then Zawaj will destroy the submitted documents.

  8. You are advised to keep a photocopy of these terms, conditions, and policies for your information and future reference.
